Hi guys I’ve the same problem yesterday with my ford fiesta 2016 and I already fixed it. What you need to do it’s take out the fuses of the sync and after 10 min just put it back in. It didn’t work right away but after 2 hours it work perfectly. I’ll attached the YouTube video that help me fixed it. Give the wire and plug a good clean with some paper towels, and clean the switch recess area in the boot. It will probably be filthy. Clean the outside of the switch as best you can.
